Thomas is the founder and Managing Principal of Mazoch - a holding company for a group of integrated companies that manages, develops and invests in the real estate sector. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche in the Private Wealth Tax group with a focus in Real Estate. After Deloitte, Thomas founded Mazoch in order to capitalize on real estate opportunities available shortly after the Great Recession. Thomas has experience across a broad range of industries including single-family, multi-family, self-storage, HUD, and student housing. Thomas received a master of science in Accounting and a bachelor of science in Accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.
Austin Anello
Principal
Austin is an owner of Mazoch and leads the underwriting and investment analysis division of the firm. Austin focuses on relationships with brokerage firms and deal sourcing and sizing in order to capitalize on opportunities. He is intimately involved with the entire project life-cycle and aids in the ongoing financial analysis of Mazoch's portfolio. Austin received a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
Steven Frazee
Principal
Steven is an owner of Mazoch and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Steven is responsible for implementing the company's business strategies, launching new ventures and initiatives, overseeing ongoing company operations and developing synergistic business relationships. Steven specializes in the asset management and redevelopment of multifamily and residential properties utilizing his experience in management and business operations. Steven is responsible for the asset management and operations of all properties in his role as Director of Operations. Steven received a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School in Management Information Systems.
